Spring can’t come soon enough, but looking back at Annie and Jared’s beautiful, Springtime wedding that took place at Fishermen’s Inn in Elburn may hold me over until the blossoms burst on the trees and bright flowers start popping up everywhere! This wedding was full of color and romance. The bride chose a gorgeous shade of teal for her bridesmaid’s to wear and her dress was perfection, pockets and all! The bright coral charm peonies, local orchids, ranunculus, anemones and garden roses were the perfect Springtime blooms for this special day. Joy Lyn Photography captured every detail of this wedding so perfectly, as she always does! We decorated the venues arch and chairs for the ceremony. The flowers at the reception were stunning and dramatic. You have to check out the bridal table with tall vases full of branches and flowers all in a row! We brought in loads of curly willow branches and orchids and created three different centerpiece styles all using simple, modern, clear glass cylinders that let the flowers shine. A hanging installation created using curly willow and strung orchid blossoms welcomed guests as they walked into the space!
